Why not try a traditional Venetian cocktail with our special lemon sorbet, vodka and prosecco? Sgroppino is mentioned for the first time back in 1528, when it was a popular drink among Venice’s aristocracy. It was served halfway through state banquets in order to
cleanse the palate and help the guests
enjoy the rest of the food.
Still today, Sgroppino
is habitually enjoyed in many
dinner parties in Venice’s region
Ingredients (4 portions)
- Half litre of Lemon Sorbet
- 90 ml of vodka
- 300 ml of prosecco
Mix all the ingredients in a blender at low speed until it becomes "slushy” Serve with a lemon slice for decoration
